Athens, GA - Congratulations to the Chandler Family of Athens who won the Locos Kick-Off Kid contest. The winner was drawn last evening at an event at the Harris Street location. It's summer! The days are getting warmer and the sun stays up later into the evening. There's not much on TV this summer even though all the stations have "new summer shows".
