What is the Franchise Fee?

$35,000, paid in 3 installments: First payment of $15,000 is due upon execution of the Franchise Agreement; second installment of $10,000 is paid upon confirmation of your proposed site; third installment of $10,000 is due prior to training.

Do you have an advertising program?

Our extensive marketing programs will help you make the greatest impact for the lowest expenditure. Assistance is available for operators in market planning, media selection, message planning, and production and management of local campaigns. Currently, Franchise Owners are required to spend 1% of gross weekly sales on local advertising.

In addition, Locos Franchise Company manages a National Advertising Fund which uses collective buying power of all locations to develop and distribute advertising messages. Currently, Franchise Owners are required to contribute 2% of gross monthly sales to the National Advertising Fund.

Limited time offers, vendor promotions and customer incentive offers help to draw more customers to your restaurant. Locos Franchise Company develops, manages and distributes these materials. In addition, Locos branded merchandise is available from approved vendors and offers a separate source of revenue.

What is your Training Program?

Locos' pre-opening training program covers all aspects of opening, operating and managing a Locos Grill & Pub restaurant. It includes 10 weeks of training in Athens, Georgia at our flagship location and utilizes both classroom and hands-on techniques. There is no charge to you for this training; however, you will be responsible for employee salary, lodging and meals.

A team of our Certified Trainers will assist you with training and operations for a period of up to 10 days immediately after opening. In addition, Locos Franchise Company provides information on new operating techniques and organizes off-site training seminars on such topics as training, leadership and management programs, and sales and marketing workshops.

A cornerstone of our concept is our on-going support program. We provide assistance to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Locos Grill & Pub management team has combined over 100 years of experience in the operation of successful restaurants and will provide on-going support including:
