Locos Franchise Company is backed by a talented team of individuals with a broad range of experience in the restaurant and franchise industry. We provide a comprehensive 10-week training program prior to opening, as well as pre-opening and post-opening employee training and assistance. You will be provided with a detailed set of operations manuals and human resources tools, accounting assistance, marketing materials, assistance with your local marketing plans and management of the National Advertising Fund. Locos Franchise Company also hosts bi-annual meetings for all Franchise Owners.
As a Locos Franchise Owner, you will be assigned a Regional Manager who will make periodic visits to your location to evaluate operations and make recommendations for improvement. The Regional Manager is responsible for assisting franchise owners with setting goals to operate a professionally managed restaurant. This is accomplished by building and maintaining a relationship with the Franchise Owner, providing optimum support and promoting open communication through guidance, feedback and operational assistance. Regional Managers use a variety of measurement and feedback tools including quarterly Location Evaluations, Objective Assessments, Mystery Shopper Reports, and employee and customer surveys.
Additionally, Locos Franchise Company offers a dynamic advertising and marketing program. We encourage Franchise Owner participation in the development of marketing campaigns on both a local and regional basis.
Finally, our Research and Development department continuously tests and explores new product options to keep our concept fresh and competitive. We are constantly testing and developing new items and preparation techniques to maintain our edge on the competition and increase our market share through our menu and proprietary products. The Research and Development Department works closely with vendors to take advantage of our sales volume which allows us to brand so many products; in essence, negotiating pricing and specifications so that our product is cost-effective and unique to Locos Grill & Pub. Additionally, Locos has obtained a federal trademark on the names of a number of our unique menu items.
