Application for Consideration: This form is completed online. Locos Franchise Company requires a net worth of $500,000. Upon receipt of the Application for Consideration, a sales representative will contact you to let you know if you have been approved to continue with the franchise process.
Authorization and Release Form: Locos Franchise Company requires that each approved applicant fill out this form which is used to conduct a background and credit check. If you have been approved to continue with the franchise process, a sales representative will send you this form in electronic format.
Financial Information: Locos Franchise Company requires that you submit a current personal financial statement.
References: Locos Franchise Company requires 3 references from work-related individuals, including former employers, supervisors, managers or employees.
Executive Interview / FDD: An executive interview will be set up between you and sales executives from Locos Franchise Company at a mutually agreed upon date and time. This meeting will be held at the home office in Athens, Georgia. The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be distributed during the interview. We will discuss the details of the document in-depth, answer any questions that you may have, and discuss possible markets and locations. You will also have an opportunity to meet our staff and visit one or more Locos Grill & Pub locations in order to observe our operations first hand. You will have a period of 14 days to review the FDD.
Reaching Your Decision: Potential franchisees should review the FDD and carefully. This document includes the Franchise Agreement and spells out the relationship between the Franchise Company and the Franchise Owner very specifically. We recommend you seek counsel from your attorney and your accountant.
Additional steps in the franchise process will be communicated to you during the Executive Interview.
